These launch terms are editable content, not layout code. Final company entity, jurisdiction, and paid-plan language should be reviewed before public launch.
Agreement
These Terms govern your use of LifeWrap, including the mobile app and lifewrap.app. By creating an account or using LifeWrap, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use LifeWrap.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to use online services in your location and to consent to these Terms. Do not use LifeWrap if you are barred from using the service under applicable law.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens through your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Your content
You keep your rights in the content you add to LifeWrap. You give LifeWrap a limited permission to host, process, display, sync, back up, and share that content as needed to operate the service and honor your privacy settings.
For example, if you make an activity public or use a share link, we may render enough information to open that activity or profile in LifeWrap.
Acceptable use
Do not use LifeWrap to harm people, break the law, or interfere with the service.
- Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other people.
- Do not post sexual content involving minors or content that exploits minors.
- Do not scrape, probe, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls.
- Do not use LifeWrap to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content.
Moderation
We may remove content, limit sharing, suspend accounts, or take other action if we believe there is a safety, abuse, legal, or Terms issue.
Reports and moderation records may be retained as needed for safety and legal purposes.
Service changes
LifeWrap is still evolving. We may add, remove, pause, or change features. If we discontinue the service, we will try to provide a reasonable way to export available account data first.
Disclaimers
LifeWrap is provided as is and as available. We work to keep the service reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, LifeWrap will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or service interruption.
